clixGalore is a global provider of 'pay for results only' internet advertising solutions for online business Merchants.
This year we anticipate to serve over 3.5 billion advertisements and drive over 80 million potential customers to our Merchant's websites.
clixGalore drives customers and traffic based on the 'pay for results only' pricing model.
This means that Merchants pay only when a person makes a purchase, completes a lead form or clicks on a banner.
This flexibility provides Merchants with a cost effective promotions model to attract targeted, high quality customers.
For Merchants seeking trackable results, clixGalore is an internet advertising provider
that delivers cost effective solutions using a combination of 'pay for results only' pricing and advanced targeting capabilities.

Q. How much does it cost to join clixGalore and start promoting my website?
|
A. clixGalore has no joining / setup fees or monthly fees. You can join clixGalore and start promoting your website for as little as $75 (This is your opening
account balance and used to pay your Affiliate commissions.) Unlike other networks, as stated there are NO joining / setup fees, or monthly
fees. When Affiliates place Merchant banners or text advertisements on
their websites, in emails or newsletters, the Merchant will specify how much they are willing
to pay Affiliates for a 'sale', 'lead' or 'click' from the Affiliates website to the Merchants website. When one of the above transactions occur, the Affiliate is paid.
The clixGalore service fee is 25% and based on what is paid to the Affiliate.
For example, if a Merchant is willing to pay an Affiliate $10 per sale,
the Affiliate will receive $10, clixGalore will receive $2.5.
The total cost to the Merchant is $12.5.

A. clixGalore provides an easy method for Merchants to join clixGalore and start promoting their website, products and services. You will be
guided through a few pages where you will enter details
of the website you wish to promote.

Q. Does clixGalore support search engine link popularity?
|
A. Yes. clixGalore now supports Merchant URL search engine link popularity, with all banner tracking code used by Affiliates / Publishers
capable of containing an explicit reference to your website URL. Many search engines use link popularity as a ranking criterion.
The more popular your website, determined by the number of links to your website, the better it is ranked on search engines.
The Merchant URL search engine link popularity feature can be set from within your Member Home area using the Merchant program edit page.

A. clixGalore provides four levels of Affiliate recruitment and promotional services to our Merchants:
Bronze; 'Business Silver'; 'Enterprise Gold'; and 'Corporate Platinum'.
You will find a suitable membership package that matches your budget and promotional service

Q. Can I upgrade my Affiliate recruitment and promotional membership status?

A. Yes. You may upgrade your Affiliate recruitment and promotional membership status at any time from within your Member Home area.

Q. How soon is my Affiliate program activated?
|
A. Once you have joined clixGalore by completing our Merchant signup form, your Affiliate program is typically activated within a few hours or sooner.

Q. Can I use my shopping cart and store (including Yahoo Store and Google Checkout) with my Affiliate program. What carts and stores are compatible with clixGalore?

A. Yes you can.
clixGalore is fully compatible with 99% of ALL shopping carts and stores.
You may operate a %sale, per sale, lead and click program types with 99% of all carts and stores.
Yahoo store owners please note that you CAN operate a percentage sale ('%sale') and all other program types with your Yahoo store.

Q. How does clixGalore track sales?
|
A. clixGalore uses a combination of html 'end of sale' code (which is placed in your shopping cart or on your
'order confirmation'/'thank you' page) and cookies
(which are created on the customers pc after they click on one of your advertisements) to track sales.
This 'two key' combination ensures that clixGalore will ONLY track the sales that are sent to you
from your clixGalore Affiliates. Cookies are deleted once a transaction occurs or typically expire within ninety days.
The life of the cookie can be set to 45, 60, 90, 120, 150 days, 1 year, 2 year or 'allow repeat commissions' indefinately or within the life of the cookie.
For example with a ninety day cookie setting, if a customer does not purchase from your site on their initial visit but returns to your site within ninety days,
the sale will be tracked. clixGalore tracking code may be used with other network code but works completely
independently.

Q. How do I and clixGalore handle order returns and unfulfilled orders?
|
A. Orders that can not be fulfilled, returned or shipped to the Customer may be declined at clixGalore within twenty eight days if the order status
at clixGalore is 'pending'. Orders received at clixGalore
can either be set to a status of pending or automatically confirmed upon receipt.
Pending orders require manual approval or can be automatically confirmed after 3, 7, 10, 14, or 28 days.
The commission is paid to the Affiliate account once the order is confirmed.

Q. What is the status of orders / transactions tracked by clixGalore and when is the commission paid?
|
A. Orders received at clixGalore can either be set to a status of pending or automatically confirmed upon receipt.
Pending orders require manual approval or can be automatically confirmed after 3, 7, 10, 14, or 28 days.
The commission is paid to the Affiliate account once the order is confirmed. Please note, if you operate a
'per lead' program, transactions are always automatically confirmed upon receipt.

Q. Can the life of the 'transaction tracking cookie' be set to specific durations?
|
A. Yes. The life of the transaction tracking cookie can be set to 45, 60, 90, 120, 150 days, 1 year, 2 year or 'allow repeat commissions' indefinately or within the life of the cookie.

Q. Can orders be reversed once confirmed?
|
A. Yes. Confirmed orders can be reversed if the commission has not be paid to the Affiliate. You would submit an email to the Customer Care team detailing the order and it will
be processed accordingly.

Q. How much control do I have over my program and which Affiliate websites display my advertisements?
|
A. You have full control over every aspect of your Affiliate program and where your advertisements are displayed. Using the advanced Affiliate Program Management
features provided, you can manage every aspect of your program and Affiliates. At any time you may approve or decline an
Affiliate request to join your program and display your advertisements on their website.

Q. Can the customers and traffic sent to my website be filtered by country of origin?
|
A. Yes. clixGalore uses very advanced geographic filtering technology allowing Merchants to specifically pinpoint
and select the country of origin of the traffic they wish to receive at their website. Using an easy to use dialog screen,
all customer traffic is then filtered prior to reaching the Merchants website in accordance with
the geo-targeting preferences selected.

Q. In what currency does clixGalore operate?
|
A. clixGalore operates in United States Dollars (US$), British Pounds (£), European Euro (€) , Australian Dollars (AUD$), New Zealand Dollars (NZ$), Japanese Yen (¥), Singapore Dollar (S$), Korean Won, and Thai Baht (B$). Each sales/lead/click program
will specify the currency that the program operates in. When joining, Merchants will be requested to specify the currency that
that the program will operate in. Affiliates who join the program will be paid in the programs currency.
When monthly commissions are paid, Affiliate may request to have their non US balances converted to US Dollars
using the appropriate exchange rate of the day.

Q. Can I use graphic images (gif,png,jpg), Macromedia Flash images, text and custom HTML code (i.e.) 'search utilities'
for my advertisements?

A. Yes you can. You may use a combination of static or animated graphic images (gif,png,jpg formats), Macromedia Flash images,
text and custom HTML code (i.e.) 'search utilities' for your advertisements (banners).
You may use an unlimited number of advertisements in your Affiliate program.
clixGalore tries to be as flexible as possible regarding the types of media you can use
and will try and support your media type if not currently supported.

Q. What are the standard banner sizes to use with my Affiliate Program?
|
A. You may use any sized banner and unlimited quantities with your program.
However the standard and most common sizes used include (dimensions quoted in pixels, width by height):

A. Yes. clixGalore provides a professional banner design service designing both animated and static banners.
You may place you banner order from within your clixGalore Member Home area where the prices are also listed.

Q. How do I decide what the Affiliate's commission rate should be?
|
A. The Affiliate's commission rate you set is totally up to you, there is no maximum limit
but the minimum you must specify is either 1% or 0.01 of the currency selected. Affiliates will obviously
be more attracted and willing to join your Affiliate program and promote your website and e-business with a high '%sale', 'sale', 'lead' or 'click' payout rate.
Using the advanced Affiliate Program Management features, Merchants are provided with all the necessary tools to manage their programs
payout rates. You may specify a 'global' default payout rate and/or a specific rate for individual Affiliates and banners.

Q. Does clixGalore provide any reporting tools and statistical information?
|
A. Yes. clixGalore provides a rich and fully featured set of reporting tools. We track and log all banner impressions, clicks, transactions and
even fraud attempts associated with your Affiliate program. Using this information you can monitor
the performance and progress of your advertising campaign. All this information (with the exception of
fraud attempts) can be viewed online free of charge using the reports in the members area. We maintain
statistical information online for one year. If you require older
information this can be provided at a small fee.

Q. Can I directly 'Deep Link' my advertisements and drive customers to specific pages on my website?
|
A. Yes. You may directly link and drive customers to specific pages on your website by specifying a destination URL for each banner
you maintain in your Affiliate program. This is very easily accomplished by using the program maintenance tools provided to you in your Merchant 'Member Home' area.

Q. Can I upload a product datafeed to my Merchant program for use by my Affiliates?
|
A. Yes. clixGalore fully supports the use of datafeeds. Using the datafeed features provided in your Member Home area, Merchants can easily upload their product datafeed using a CSV file or add the
the products individually. clixGalore also provides Merchants the facility to automatically refresh the content of the datafeed uploaded to clixGalore by scheduling a time to 'poll'
and refresh the product data from your servers. To allow approved Affiliates to easily use your datafeed in their promotions of your products and services,
we also provide Affiliates a feature that easily allows them to exactly specify the format of the datafeed that they receive from clixGalore, therefore avoiding confusing data
format downloading issues.

Q. Can I operate a 2Tier Affiliate referral payment management system?
|
A. Yes. clixGalore provides a very comprehensive 2Tier management system, rich in features allowing you
manage a 2Tier payment system and pay commission to 1st tier Affiliates for the customers driven to your site by
referred 2nd tier Affiliates. For example, Affiliate A refers Affiliate B. Affiliate B drives customers to your
site. You may set and pay Affiliate A a percentage of the commission paid to Affiliate B.

Q. Can I setup a recurring commission payment schedule and bonus schemes with Affiliates in conjunction with sales targets?
|
A. Yes. Using the recurring payment and bonus scheme features provided to Merchants,
you may set up a recurring commission payment schedule and bonus schemes with Affiliates.
Recurring commissions can be set to a daily, weekly or monthly payment schedule.
Bonus schemes can be set to pay a bonus to Affiliates on either a monthly or
yearly basis and are based on Affiliates meeting sales targets (volume of unit sales or monetary values)
set by the Merchant.

Q. Can the my program's Affiliate signup pages be modified or customised to reflect my websites design?
|
A. Yes. The Affiliate signup page used by Affiliates to join your program can be modified. You may enter a welcome message to greet and welcome
potential Affiliates seeking to join your program.
Full customisation of the Affiliate signup page is provided to Merchants
who use the 'Enterprise Gold' or the 'Corporate Platinum'
Affiliate recruitment and promotional services
Using the tools provided, the Affiliate signup page may be modified to reflect the Merchant website design and seamless signup page.

Q. How does clixGalore prevent fraud?
|
A. Fraud is taken very seriously and many measures are in place
to prevent fraud occurring.
When the Affiliates page with the
Merchants banner is loaded in a browser this is called an impression.
When a click though occurs there must be a corresponding impression. In
addition we check the click through has actually been submitted via
the Affiliates website, this prevents clixGalore code being
entered directly into a browser URL. If a
click through is submitted via a non-approved route the attempt is
logged as a fraud attempt. clixGalore will pursue repeated fraud
attempts. On request, Merchants can see attempted fraud attempts.
Many additional anti-fraud measures are in place that cannot be specified
for security reasons.

Q. How do I join clixGalore as an Affiliate/Publisher and start earning commission?
|
A. clixGalore provides a free to join and easy method for Affiliates to build
an account and start to place advertisements on their website.
Please complete our Affiliate/Publisher signup form to join.
You will be guided through a couple of pages where you will enter
details of the website where the advertisements will appear. You are then free to join and start
earning commissions from the many thousands of Merchant programs listed in the clixGalore network

Q. How do I select advertisements to place on my site?
|
A. clixGalore provides a search facility allowing Affiliates
to locate Merchant programs of a similar nature to the Affiliate website.
The Affiliate can then view all the banners and rates the Merchant
wishes to advertise. The Affiliate can then click on the banner they
wish to take. The request is logged and an email confirmation will
be sent once the Merchant has approved the request.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of advertisements I can take?
|
A. clixGalore imposes no limits on the number of banners you can
place on your website.
|

Q. Can I place advertisements in emails and newsletters?
|
A. Yes you may place advertisements in emails and newsletters. Permission is required to place 'click' advertisements into these documents.
|

Q. How often do Affiliates get paid their commissions?
|
A. clixGalore has a monthly pay schedule and will pay you when your commission reaches US$50 or AUD$100 or UK£35 or €60.
Payment details are maintained within your account. Payments are made using Paypal (www.paypal.com) or with a bank check.
Please note bank checks are only issued to US companies or US residents. If your commission earnings are over US$5000 or equalivent, you may have the funds electronically transferred to your bank account.

Q. Are 'paid to surf', 'member reward', 'paid to read emails' or incentive websites allowed to join clixGalore?
|
A. No. These websites are prohibited from using clixGalore. If you open an Affiliate account based on any of these types of websites, your account will be terminated, all earnings
will be forfeited and returned to the Merchant.
